Food product
Honey is a food product. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps).
Resolution
After review, we will offer a replacement or refund for eligible cases.
Natural variation
Variations in colour, aroma, thickness, texture or natural crystallisation are characteristic of raw honey and are not considered defects.
