Eligibility
Refunds are issued for eligible cases such as damaged, leaking or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, or orders cancelled before dispatch.
Method
Approved refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.
Timelines
Once approved, refunds are initiated promptly. The time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
